Despite the current state of affairs, we are OPEN and continue bring healthy, delicious, nutrient-dense whole food, plant-based meals, drinks, smoothies, snacks, and desserts into your daily life. We are grateful for your support and continue to serve the Dundas and surrounding communities via take out or delivery for now. Once governmental restrictions are lifted later this year, we will switch back to being a full service eatery.
Our ingredients are primarily organic, always non-gmo, local when available, and all offerings on our menu are prepared using whole food, plant-based techniques with a fusion of raw and vegan cooking techniques. Preparation may include sprouting, fermenting and dehydration at a temperature of 105°F degrees or lower, to retain maximum nutrients and enzymes.

Have a lot of hungry mouths to feed? We can also “family-size” anything on our menu! Some of our preparation techniques can be time intensive and may require two weeks notice to ensure we have the ingredients for your items. We encourage you to drop off your Pyrex or Corningware trays or containers when you place your order. This allows us to prepare your food in your own cookware and cut down on unnecessary packaging?
