We became organically certified in 2004, after many years of interest in organics and several growing trials to find organic techniques that were effective and compatible  with our growing system. Organics is important to us.  We believe that the organic greens we grow are:

• healthy for consumers to eat, 

• our way of producing our greens is good for the environment, 

• that we have a healthy workplace for our staff and our family to work and live in.
